CEO Andrew Woollard established independent corrugated packaging business, BoxWay, in 2021. He knew he needed to get his HR right, but he couldn’t recruit for a full in-house HR function.
Andrew brought on the expertise of WeDo HR Support, off the back of a recommendation. By partnering with WeDo HR Support, he gets access to skills across the full breadth of HR support – all the way from strategic direction to day-to-day admin – without hiring for each of those roles.
From the beginning, we took the time to get to know the BoxWay team across their two manufacturing plants and establish key processes.
